Logo Design Brief

I am looking to take all 3 entities of our business which is bourbon, horse racing and charity and create 1 logo to bring all 3 together. I have attached our 3 logos we use for our projects. Logo can be square, rectangle or circle. We do want the 3 current logos combined into one larger logo. So we are not looking for changes to current logo. I have attached a similar design a company used to combine multiple logos.
