Logo Design Brief

**6/15 update: we are not getting enough logos that follow our directions below. We are still looking for a winning design.**

We develop innovative mobile and web-based health applications for healthcare professionals.

We need a logo with a modern geometric art followed by 'Sapphire Health Application' text below it or to the left of it. This geometric art must be unique, please do not submit a generic item as we see in several submissions.

We would like to see a modern and minimalistic design that incorporates shades of blue and possibly gray.

We will likely pick more than one winner as we like having options for future use.
