Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new consulting business that specializes in diversity training. My training differs from other diversity training with my focus on embracing your own diversity and recognizing how you have formed the opinions you have and not so much the outward appearance of people.
The logo should be "edgy" and get attention. It must be easily incorporated into other forms (stationary, website, business cards, etc.)

Target Market(s)

I am in a VERY diverse community that ranges from extreme religion to gay and lesbian activists and the military. I can't cater to one group over the other yet I still need to attract all groups.

Nice to have

• I would like the logo to have a changeable element - i.e. on a website or training materials the logo design would stay the same but one element of the logo is a different color representing a new topic.

Should not have

• The design should NOT use the initials "vd"
• No use of "rainbows" or other typical diversity images or ideas
