Logo Design Brief

Hi! We're offering a prestige venue for weddings, events, conferences. It's a French castle built in 1890 in the South West of France. We're also going to receive guests for bed and breakfast in beautiful large bedrooms in the castle. The castle is nestle in the country with 75 acres of land.
We want the logo to be VERY prestigious, elegant, historical, yet modern, dreamy. A logo that evokes modern princess wedding, a romantic country feel, boho style. Something eye catching but yet simple and neat.
A logo that is both unique and outstanding.
Colorwise we like black, gold, royal blue, Klein blue, dark duck green (see picture for inspiration), emerald green, white. We like heralds. However, we DO NOT want something too pompous and pedantic.
We LOVE the idea of having an intricate / dancy / flowerly / interlacing garland / frame around the logo!

The castle is named Saint Joseph so we're open to a picture of St Joseph in the middle of the logo or a variation of the logo. We love the picture where St Joseph and Jesus look at one another. The lily flower can either be integrated in the picture or be part of the surrounding. We like the detailed face of the St Joseph. See pictures for inspiration.

Another great idea would be a representation of the real castle (including the whole facade of it - see pictures).
There'll be an organic farm on the ground so a earthy feel is welcome.
We added picture of a design we LOVE (the jam design is pure perfection especially the purple one with the bird).
