Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a brand new fresh prepared food company retailing with independent retailers. How do we define our food - 'yumm, funn and good for one.'
Our goal is to provide flavorful healthy dishes that have a good dose of greens or beans in it with a dash of exotic and unexplored flavors..sometimes indian, sometimes Thai, sometimes southwestern, etc. etc. We are young and fun and believe in the authenticity of things - we believe in creating food that we will feel good about giving our families. When you can read every ingredient on the back of a package you know what you are eating is real food.We also believe in giving back and supporting local community.
We would like a logo that is simple yet very impactful. We can be a bit quirky but we have our head on our shoulders - we would like our logo to represent those characteristics. We really like the logo design of 'innocent drinks -UK' . Just like the innocent drinks logo , we would like a symbol or character that connects with our philosophy. The food company is hoping to reach the masses in the future, and hence we want the lettering to be relevantand personable to the average consumer.

Target Market(s)
In order to provide a “face” to the targeted audience , three individuals were imagined that represent the three key target markets:
1) Kathy, a happily married supermom who works full time. She has two children who are both heavily involved in extracurricular activities. She and her husband enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. She volunteers with the organizations her children participate with. She treasures family time when they can all play together. Having the option to cook quick, healthy meals without the prep is enticing to her.
2) Wanda and Glen own the local supermarket that competes with the box stores and grocery chains. They pride themselves on carrying unique, organic and healthy options for their loyal customer base. They also like to keep their money in the community knowing how important that is first hand and help with many community associations.
3) Brad, an athlete always on the go. He runs marathons, competes in triathlons, and pushes his body to the next level. Knowing what he is fueling his body with is important to him. He looks for quick healthy meals that are the perfect serving for a single male living alone.
