i have attached a investor proposal document to attact joint venture money partners to invest in property development. the existing document i have attached need s to be polised to a professional standard and needs to be in word , so i can edit the content on ongoing basis i.e. numbers and photos etc . this document will be updated with new opportunites, propoerties, feasibility edited and emailed to potential investors. This document needs to be Red hot!! Company name New horizon group. All tables, place holders for photos need to be provided so i can easily remove and paste new /updated photos.
