Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a loyalty reward club on the internet.

Its a business networking club whereby business owner members and public members get rewarded when they shop with one another - rewards are in the form of points that can be redeemed on any good types by way of vouchers (gift certificates) or real goods - resturants, fuel, professional service - virually anything.

Loyalty rewards club is international. So I see club as being represnted by shield shape like UPS logo but text can be under shield or in it etc - but more modern than traditional - club is not about saving more reward orientation - bit of gold colouring would be good
