Logo Design Brief

I already have logo attached that we use for over 10 years. Font and color are very important for us. Now try to get fresh look - international standard. so that we can use that logo on business card, booklet, bag. souvenir to clients.. We do tour to Myanmar/Burma (www.myanmarshalom.com). may be similiar to current logo with right balance color. Like the font we have now but also look for new refresh one. Another logo that I attached is the one we are trying to improve adding some culture item in the text. but feel like need it something.. We need something simple but easy to catch to the eye.
