Logo Design Brief

I need a brand logo for copywriting/marketing business. It will feature on an app, and across social media. We're a 2 person copywriting team, one very well dressed hyper intelligent person always wears a hat (Hat) and me a grizzled, world weary, antiestablishment type, with a Bukowski/Hunter S Thompson vibe + a heavy beard.

We're offer advice, we're not looking for clients, we're irreverent, and very good at what we do.
