T-shirt Design Brief

This is a company wide tshirt for the crew in the field that all customers can see. My website is www.bcbinc.net and you can see we are a construction company. I have provided a sample of what were working on, we want to keep the core values, and slogan and logo. maybe we can add the phone number. What we are looking for is to make it fresh and more appealing. I was thinking maybe incorporating a Harley Davidson Shield/Badge for the logo or make it some what motorcycle theme.
Also maybe the website or slogan can be on the sleeve. You guys can surprise me with your ideas
