Graphic Design Brief

We want to update the facade of our home. See the current picture labeled Echo Hollow Facade. Please update this photo with a new color scheme based on the other images included in the project.

We are looking for a modern look - likely with grey or white as the color of the paneling, white or black trim around windows, and wood (either natural, burnt, or black) over the stone masonry.

Make sure to cover the stone in the Echo Hollow Facade photo.

I've also uploaded the Side and Rear photos of the house, feel free to apply the design to these photos as well.

Also feel free to update the front door, window styles, and the stone masonry below the deck. Feel free to use creative license to suggest ideas for other aspects of the facade (some ideas here https://www.brickandbatten.com/12-tips-for-home-exterior-design-in-2019/)

Requirements

Must have

• 1) update color of wood siding (likely some tone of grey or white)
  2) update color of window trim (likely black or white)
  3) apply layer on top of masonry (likely black, burnt or natural wood planks)

Nice to have

• 1) update side and rear views
  2) update front door style
  3) update window styles
  4) apply layer on top of masonry below front deck
  5) landscaping
  6) walkway and stairs leading up to house

Should not have

• Please maintain the ORIGINAL roof (do not update it) - the roof is out of scope of the project.
