Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new los angeles based real estate company called Urban Revival Homes. We specialize in "reviving" original homes, bringing them into modern times. We will list traditional homes, revive and upgrade ones to sell for our clients, and buy them outright to remodel/flip ourselves. We are new to the area we will be targeting- which is Urban Los Angeles, and we want to come across as fresh, innovative, yet young and classy to take over this particular section of town. We like a dark teal green/blue color with a vibrant orange. We want to appear to our neighborhood as we are fun, modern, cool and most of all... can get the job done and solve loads of problems.

Target Market(s)

Centrally located, Urban Los Angeles. Primarily an olde, diverse, African American demographic selling their homes. On the buy side, affluent young, urban buyers; mostly young hipster, diverse families with young kids. We believe that this area we are targeting is the best, most affordable, transitioning neighborhood of Los Angeles

Must have

• A cool look that will be displayed on For Sale Signs, postcards, t-shits, hats, and social media.

Nice to have

• The design should be in the Name (Font) I uploaded an "example" of a font that was designed with the same word, Revival. This is just an idea. We are making old homes "new." We revive homes.

Should not have

• Cheesy pictures of houses, or images that are typical in the real estate industry. We want this logo to become the brand.
