Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our company that is approaching its 20 year anniversary. We are rebranding to Complete from Complete Payroll Services. We focus on Online Payroll, Timekeeping, and Human Resources through our great web application that handles all of these functions in one system. Our typical logo color has been blue, but several shades and we would like to keep that color but a single blue. Sometimes on our website, we will use a touch of orange if needed, but not in the logo currently. The logo has a fade of different blues but here is one of those. HEX #4167a4, RGB(65,103,164), CMYK(60,37,0,36).

Our logo is almost 20 years old, so we would like to see options on a more modern, current looking logo that reflects design today but also maintain a corporate feel since we handle company's money and people's information. We would also like somewhere on the logo "Payroll • HR • Time" to represent our main product offerings.
