Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Luanda (Angola), called Igniting Potential. Our purpose is to Improve life quality of Angolans by increasing quality jobs available, and we aim to do this by helping to turn ideas into reality, helping entrepreneurs and start-ups but also other established companies connecting to the market and implementing new ideas.
I would like the logo to have an eagle represented into it, and to communicate things like action, vision and energy. colour wise Indigo and Gold are colours I would like to have but am also willing to have suggestions.
