We need a logo design for a new company based on the Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia called 'Flippin Great Properties'. We find and create property uplift on residential properties, including renovations, subdivisions and small developments. The final design should communicate residential properties being increased in value. Please read the "must haves"

- Modern font, sleek, clean lines. Modern & professional. If using a house shape in the logo it should be abstract, not cartoon style.
Should not have
- NO tacky, gimmick imagery. House shapes are fine but no "cutesy".
