Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo design for our 17 stall equestrian farm in Wellington Florida. The name of the farm is Kadley Farm. We would like to use either Kadley, KF or both. The look we want is classic but modern. The horses compete in hunter/jumper events but we want nothing at all horsey. Only some kind of lettering for Kadley and KF like a monogram..The barn is classic white with mahogany paneling, shutters and trim. The stalls are elegant mahogany with black bars. The barn has 6 chandliers. Design should include black, maybe brown and dark burgundy.
Please help.
