Logo Design Brief

I need a logodesign for launching a new website and tranformation off my 11 year own business. I work with personel counseling one by one and bigger groups as well. I am born with a high intuition, which I never been open about. The new step in my business is to melt my academic background with my intuitive skills in every aspects off my work, openly. I need a design who refers to my business name fonixcounseling. Not necessarily a bird - but something in movement, maybe with wings. Clarity, seeing, kind sharpness, overview and infinite could be word to work on. I am not looking for a hippie design with a lotus flower. I see people, their potential, their obstructions and possibly ways to move forward. My intuitive insight combined with 20 + academic counsulting is my force. Colors cute by blue notes, with a dase off yellow and /or red. I would like the business name on the top or at the buttom, and my own name revers.
