Logo Design Brief

It's about a group of men who regard respect, success and good dealings as very important.

It should be a nice, clear word-image mark made from the letters TEG or TG. A game made of letters. Elegant or extravagant.
If someone prefers an icon, then either a tie or an elegant hat (= gentleman), but it must then be milled into metal as a PIN.
Color: like only black

In any case, car stickers and pins are then designed.
No stationery or homepage etc. Please include this in the layout.
I need drafts, doesn't have to be a finished logo (I'm a graphic designer myself).
