Logo Design Brief

We provide global aviation advisory/ consultancy and we facilitate transactions (owner buy/sell/lease/ I want a stylized "W" in the design and a "swoosh". I want a small plane at the end of the swoosh or incorporated within it. I have provided a sample logo that incorporates the basics of what I am looking for.
