Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a simple but creative logo for my virtual and in-person tutoring company P.L.E.A.S.E.D. It stands for Private Learning Excel and SucceED. The ED in P.L.E.A.S.E.D. should stand out. I think I would like pleased to be in a shape of a smiley face and in a happy positive color to reflect joy in learning, but I'm open to designers' ideas.

P.L.E.A.S.E.D. The ED should stand out, bold, underlined, or incorporate an image. I think it would be nice if the PLEASED were in the shape of a subtle smiley face. But up for different ideas.
