Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a Company Called Exodus Enterprises. The premise of the company will be to create better-living conditions mainly for inner-city youth by providing better facilities for recreation, schools and temporary housing. The guiding scripture for the company will be Matthew 14:16-18. In this passage we see that Jesus sends us out to meet the physical needs of His people, however, He also provides us the means to do so. Exodus Enterprise will be a door toward a better future for communities. The Slogan for the company is "Delivering a Better Tomorrow, Today". Hence, I want to logo to reprent progress while not forgetting from whence we came from.
