Web Design Brief

Greystone Capital Investments is an expanding EB-r regional center. We have been successful in sponsoring multiple projects of third-party developers and placing EB-5, B-1, and Private Investments into multiple projects.

We are now partnering directly with project developers in the energy and healthcare to raise foreign capital for projects in those industries. The foreign capital is used as project equity and our collective balance sheets are used to guarantee debt to complete the funding of the projects.

We need a web site where we can post our company credentials, the bios of each partner, a document page for each of our projects where we can post specific project related documents which foreign investors can read, and we will need a section where foreign investors can fill out investor forms confirming that they are qualified investors and leaving their contact so that our agents and executives can make contact.

The final design should reflect the exceptional experience of the partners and our financial strength and stability.

We do have a logo we would want to use on the web design.
