Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo design for a sport fishing boat named "Flyin' Late". It should be modern, and simple. It should read the name "Flyin' Late" and the location "Ocean City, MD". I will attach a word document that has an outline of a Frigate bird within "Invincible". We want just the outline of the Frigate bird to be in the logo as well. I like the font of the example in the word document of "Jackpot" and we like the design of the "Victory" logo.
