Graphic Design Brief

Graphic for Overhead Fuel Tank
I need a graphic for a wrap around on an elevated cylindrical metal tank that measures 60" right to left and 38" top to bottom with a circumference of 124". I would like it to be styled like vintage WWII aircraft nose art with a variety of colors to include but not limited to kelly/hunter green, red, and black as those hues are in the structures surrounding the project. My goal is for this to be a statement piece as you come up my driveway, so the view coming up the driveway will be the "front" (left to right) view. However, the entire tank can be seen from different angles, so I'd like the art to encompass the whole tank, including the ends. I'd like lettering to say Clifton Compound. I'm open to the placement of the words, they don't necessarily have to be in the middle of the tank, but I'd like them to be visible as you come up the driveway. Some things I think I'd like, but am not limited to, are images of rivets mimicking aircraft construction and chickens or goats if you can work those in (in a style similar to plane nose art). I have attached a photo of the tank and a image of a piece of art that I have in my house that I like the style of. Also will the final version come in an industry standard application/software that any graphic company can make a wrap out of it?
