"real" graphics turned into cartoon like images for use on kids fishing shirts

I've attached real life images of some must have items when bream fishing.
You will see an inspiration pic also attached for the kind of style I am going for with the end product being a collage of these images.
Dark Outlines on the images - with solid coloured inners - NO GRADIENTS within the graphics just blocks of colour.

Requirements

Must have

• I have attached images of items used when fishing for bream. I want to use these images to create a collage on fabric and then have that fabric made in to fishing shirts for kids.
  Graphics can be very simple! But it is important that the fish looks like a bream fish. The colours within the lures do not matter just simple outlines are fine. But I do need it to all look cohesive when put together.
