Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a business that provides consultation and advice to people/business's who are trying to expand the technology they use or are trying to decide on what types of technology to implement into their own projects.

I will attach an image of a general idea we were thinking, it uses imagery of a brain and cloud together, with a wireless connection type image to represent the brain stem. There are further details written in the mock up.
