Postcard Design Brief

We are a real estate company. We need a post card to mail out to potential clients to try and sale their land. We will attached a couple of post cards that we like but we do not want to copy them completely. We do need to put the Equal Housing Opportunity and the Realtor logos with a disclosure saying not intended to solicit currently listed properties. The image below is what we had started working on. We would like to include something about farm land, timber, maybe a pond, something along those lines. The PDF Files attached are a flyer that was mailed out by another company that we do not want to copy completely. Attached also will be our company's Logo.
