Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a very accomplished hair stylist with more than 30 years in the business. Located in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, Kim Adams Hair Design is opening his new location after moving here last year from Atlanta, GA. He has a large clientele of both men and women so he wants to keep the design gender agnostic. Kim Adams is a big fan of retro-modern design and would like to see elements of that style (graphics, fonts and colors) incorporated into his design. The logo should reflect the timeless, cool aspect of retro-modern inspired graphics. I have attached a PDF of various designs that we admire as inspiration for this project.
