Flyer Design Brief

We need a 2-page flyer or our Class A Oceanfront Property in Santa Monica, California. Approximately 16,149 square feet of Class A rare oceanfront office space with private balconies will be in available 4th Quarter of 2014. The SPACE has not been on the market for over 20 YEARS!

I attached our Previous 2-page flyer for the 2,353 square feet. We need a new vibrant, modern flyer that will attract Tech, Entertainment, Financial, and Marketing Companies to our building. Also, the 2nd Floor Space Plan is attached.

Also, please check out our website www.camachocommercial.com. We would like to use the colors of our website and logo to incorporate with the flyer.
