Logo Design Brief
Our business buys houses directly from sellers. We send out a lot of direct mail and each piece has our logo with it.We looked at rebranding but are keeping our name since we have good reviews and good SEO but we want to at least soften it up with a new or revised logo.
I've included are current logo but would like to go in a new direction.

- We want something that can be read easily since its on our direct mail. We lean towards the minimal side would like a softer logo
Nice to have
- A wider shorter logo that would look better on our website.
- Greens, Blues, or oranges but we're open.
Should not have
- Please nothing that's been done a million times like the three symmetrical houses or the other very cookie cutter realtor or investor logo.
- Nothing really dark or red.
