Logo Design Brief

In need of a logo for a Los Angeles based company called Wellness Ninjas. The company will provide services like workplace massage, workplace wellness/stress mangement trainings, meditation classes, energy healing, workshops, etc. I would love to combine the grace of Japanese culture/writing and the healing properties of nature/plant.. I see the "ninja(s)" being made out of plants somehow - see attached. And possibly more than 1 ninja/head so connects to plural in company name?
Colors: greens plus open to others - blues? brown? black?
Pics I'm attaching are headed towards the shape concept but "heads" could have ninja headbands? Have included fonts that are in the ballpark. In the middle - emblem logo style.
