Print Design Brief
I need a design for a 32X80 in retractable banner for a conference. The full title of the conference is the IEEE STCBP Conference for Research on Sustained Participation in Engineering, Computing, and Technology. The short name of the conference is RESPECT. The conference is an academic research conference on equity, diversity, and inclusion in computing, attended by faculty researchers from universities across the US.

Our website is at http://respect2020.stcbp.org.

We typically use the colors purple and white, but are open to other colors being integrated into the design. I attached some previous (terrible) logos just so that you can get an idea of what information we've felt it is important to convey and the color scheme. I would prefer to have something more impactful/graphic in a design.

We prefer clean designs with geometric shapes, and with graphic interest.
Target Market(s)
academic researchers, professors, computer scientists, social scientists, those interested in diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements
Must have
- The logo must have the short name of the conference, which is RESPECT
Nice to have
- The full name of the conference is:
- IEEE STCBP Conference for Research on Equity and Sustained Participation in Engineering, Computing, and Technology (RESPECT)
- It would be nice to work something in that either includes the words "research on equity and inclusion in computing" or some graphic that captures that concept.
Should not have
- Please don't use 1's and 0's to represent computing - we want to dispel that stereotype.
