PowerPoint Design Brief

To Whom it may concern; My name is William Tyler Winn and I am the owner of Owyhee Top Shelf LLC. I live in eastern Oregon in a town called Ontario. I'm originally from a smaller town 12 miles south of Ontario called Nyssa Oregon and that's where this project or the location of my business is going to be located along with moving my family. My Grandfather started a Beer & Winn Wholesaler in 1965 in Nyssa called Owyhee Distributing, my father was second generation owner and I had always planned on being 3rd. Well, with big business changing how things work with business consolidating to spread the cost of debt and InBev purchase of Anheuser Busch, I wouldn't have been approved to buy(franchise agreement). So, bare with me, I tell you this because this information that you'll need to know for the project. My grandfather and Father built a legacy in Nyssa Oregon and were known for; Ethics and Morals, involvement in the community, fundraisers, donations, charity work, public service (volunteer firefighters), endowment scholarship fundraisers, etc....so my grandfather and dad were and are a big fish in a little pond but both are my hero's.

For the last 17 years I've been involved with the Oregon Medical Marijuana program OMMP. Its operated through; DHS; Department of Human Services @ OHA; Oregon Health Authority. I have seen many changes throughout the program. I have a Medical Marijuana Patient card, several Medical Marijuana Caregiver cards, grower cards but the grower cards have been replaced with a Grow Site Administrator card and I am a GSA. So my trade has been indoor cultivation and growing for patients who aren't able due to either health or the financial burdens that an indoor grow requires. Helping others (patients) find relief in whatever aliment they might be fighting has been very rewarding and I love the science behind growing.
In 2015 Oregon passed reactional Marijuana and it is ran by the OLCC; Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Governor Brown of Oregon gave local government (city council) the option of opting out of the program which has a 6 tier system with different licensing. Malheur County in which I lived opted out immediately along with Ontario and Nyssa Oregon. Well, Ontario Oregon lifted the ban about 1 year ago and it was a battle but people have slowly started to sway their opinion towards Cannabis. But, now Ontario Oregon is receiving all of the tax benefits that the OLCC program has to offer along with some city sales taxes on the product and Ontario is thriving. Malheur County and the cities within are the poorest in the state, so the tax benefits will go a long way.

PROJECT; I'm a family man.. my wife and I have 4 kids and have decided to move out of Ontario and to my home town in Nyssa (12 miles south of Ontario). I have been working with the community of Nyssa and the City of Nyssa (City Council, Police Department, Fire Department and Chamber of Commerce) in lifting the ban on reactional Marijuana in Nyssa Oregon. I am only asking for 2 out of the 6 licenses and will explain that along with the local politics and my business plan with some attachments. I have done my homework and leg work with this project but ran into an issue and this Is why I'm seeking outside help on the development of a power point. I finally reached my last step, in which was my presentation to the community and city council. I had put together a power point myself and used that for my presentation (I will send you this power point as well). .

I'm going to be having a Public Forum held In Nyssa Oregon so I can get the community to come out and get the right information and ask questions...I was going to see if you guys would design me a power point presentation....I do have one, but I really want a more professional touch...I can send you; business plan, city council power point and some other information....

Must have

• bullet points; on key topics showing what our intent is and what isn't our intent
• heart and passion; getting Nyssa in which is directly on the border with Idaho who is illegal in both medical and recreational marijuana has been huge. Getting the band lifted the Governor Brown gave city or counties the option to do has been a daunting task.
• Clarity with no chance of misunderstanding my company's intent; i can send you folks some articles and a power point that i put together for the city council as reference.
• market analysis section; so not only will we be talking about the 3% city sales tax on either my recreational production license or the wholesale license, but we will be my company is donating another 3% with our Community Action Gratuity Fund. Also, if we can't get a city sales tax on one of those licenses then my company pledges to up our community action gratuity fund another 3% to make that a 6% donation on monthly profits. finally, i would like to show the community of Nyssa in visual aids such as graphs,a basic market analysis on what the state of oregon has been bringing in with the tax benefits from recreational marijuana, the city of Huntington Oregon (close to Ontario and opened up their market a couple years before Ontario Oregon did) and finally Ontario Oregon (12 miles north from Nyssa Oregon) and what they have been bringing in with the tax benefits.
