Please. If you don't like a design - ELIMINATE IT BUT WITHOUT 1 OR 2 STARS. Low ratings downgrade the designer's personal rating and he has no motivation to submit new designs. Or leave the design with ZERO STARS if it does not match your ideas.

You can change the star rating and leave the design with 0 stars if you don't like it. More important to designers is feedback on what you are looking for in the logo.
