Newspaper Ad Design Brief
Im looking to have my ad re-designed. We sell real estate at a lake. This newspaper comes out every 30 days. The ink measure for centerfold is: 20.5" length x 14.5" width. We would like a base ad copy with room to fill in homes for sale on our own.
Id like a bit more modern with small lake niche/theme. (not ocean).
We need our name: RE/MAX Consultant Group | Toth and Team in the ad. Toth and Team cannot be more dominate than RE/MAX Consultant Group. We will want our office address, our phone number our email and our website included. We need the agent photos and numbers too. I can send more whatever is needed.

We use "FOR SAIL" (Play on words) in our marketing and on our yard signs. People know us by that.
I have included a proof of January paper. We had the newspaper folks add in the baLloons for new years.
