Logo Design Brief

I would like to develop a logo for my new bakery business. The first stage of my business will start with online bases using a subscription model. We will then expand it to a physical place offering products off the counter.
our bakery will produce products focusing on healthy and natural organic ingredients.
we also plan to teach people the art of baking so we will use the logo on different merchandises like; cotton bread bags, our delivery boxes, and other baking tools
in our first stage, we plan to deliver fresh artisan bread to customers doorstep but I don't know if its something that I would like to emphasise in the logo.

Target Market(s)

people that appreciate healthy and good quality artisan baked products and will be happy to pay extra for that. We also see a growing trend of young adults shifting towards organic products as well. Our first target market is our local community in the UK where we currently live and plan to expand later on.

Logo Text

I though to include the name of the bakery which is Pashi's or the letter "P" . I also wanted to add a description like "Pashis for dough lovers " or something like that

Requirements

Must have

• a way to present the name of the bakery or maybe the first letter. the colours and the layout should emphasis the idea of healthy and organic products. Industrial and modern feel while making it feel trendy, yet like a timeless place that could be visited for decades.

Nice to have

• I thought of the use of a square and maybe write the text in capitals or a more 'square like' font to enhance the industrial and modernised feel. There should be something to describe and emphasise that it is a bakery.

Should not have

• colours like pink, purple or red.
