Logo Design Brief

We designed and drew the current logo ourselves at the beginning of the company because of budget reasons. We buy and develop land, the logo should somehow represent this. Iron and wood, like the name says it, are two of our favorite materials for construction. Until now both those elements have been included in the logo and it would be great if this could stay that way. But of course we don’t limit ourselves to that if you have a great idea. We are looking to make the logo look more professional/modern/ more « finished » or sleeker than the current version (see attachments). Preferably with not more than two or three colors.
