Logo Design Brief

I would like a very simple and clean logo designed. I have attached an image with fonts and text which I want the logo to reflect. "Tony's NY Pizza" should be the main header and in White Large Letters and Black Outline. "Family Owned" should be a sub header and in cursive as reflected and also in black. The challenge with this design is I would like the New York City SkyLine which is present in our old logo some how incorporated into this logo. I am not sure how that can be done but I look for a creative and modern solution.
