Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a GOLF tournament. My idea would be to have a circle with a double S inside of it in the form of the attached signature. Either use the S twice as a double, or the full signature, inside the circle. In the ring around the circle, have The Scotty on top and Oak Ridge Country Club on the bottom. Include 2020 somewhere. Also include the Tri-star of the Tennessee state flag somewhere. Either in the ring or somewhere else. This logo is open for interpretation, but it needs to be built around the signature or the double S in the style of his signature. Also, some sort of red, white and blue color scheme. I would prefer if you use the actual signature or the S in the signature.
