Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for a 2 color logo to appear on the sign of a new liquor store. The store name is The Port Supply. I would like the words liquor, beer, and wine to take the lead. The store name can be smaller and secondary, maybe along the bottom. I saw a great sign, below, and am looking for a similar look only with an old sea captain instead of Lincoln. Maybe beer, wine and liquor large and stacked on the left the sea captain taking the same space as Lincoln and The Port Supply on the bottom.
