Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my personal business as a life coach, psychosocial consultant, and well-being specialist specifically targeting international humanitarian aid workers and organizations. I provide counseling, coaching, mentoring, workshops, and staff care planning services. I want to use the colors blue, green, and grey (though not sure of the shade) Logo should be simple and professional, and communicate trust, wellbeing, success, growth, transition, future. I've considered logos of trees, wave, boat, mountain, arrow, compass....but they start to all look the same. I'm not even sure if I want a picture, or just something clever and bold with my name. Please Help!
