Logo Design Brief

Require an animated logo something like this:

Where you use my existing logo, but dots appear first, then they turn into the words VIRTUAL FINANCIALS , then another few dot drops on top and turns into the logo, and then the two "swipe" like shapes on top of the triangle, continuously rotate with a silver/shimmerlike effect , around it? and it turns around, then they turn back into the dots to loop seamlessly like this google one does - Giving it a dynamic, virtual, interactive feel?

the words virtual financials to show in the same font as currently used in my existing logo for "virtual"

To be clear, the logo must move, please dont submit logos that dont move.
