SquareRepair, is an exciting PORTABLE TECHNOLOGY and SMARTPHONE REPAIR company, based in the city (of London, Bishopsgate).
Customers need to know who I am, what values I stand for and feel re-assured by my personality and personal assurances.
A primary goal is that [Square Repair] will provide repair service for B2C and B2B. The company [Square Repair] will make money from repairing devices. These services can be made available to the public via the website and dropping into the physical location.
The overall goal of this project is to create a trusted repair brand, that people would have no problem referring, friends and family.
My target audience are consumers who own a smartphone or tablet. Some consumers obtain their handset on contracts or buy them outright. Some network operators charge a hefty fee to repair or replace damaged devices. These repairs can take up to two weeks to compete (they say) 90% of the time the repair can be done in 30 mins or less and can be a fraction of what they are quoted if they choose to use [Square Repair].
People need a cost-effective and reliable repair solution, they need [Square Repair].
* Small business owners use my service (this is from their emails and general correspondence)
* Mothers with small children (hear them often in the background on the phone)
* Office workers, devices are returned to peoples work addresses
* University students use my service, when their device has been damaged beyond use

Reliable - If the customer sends their device in for repair, they can do so without having to worry if their device will get back to them in worse condition than it arrived.

Helpful - Some customers like you to stay on the phone with them whilst they go through the order process online, this is something that helps people of all ages and technical backgrounds
