Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a hand painted pottery business. We hand paint fired bisque with either acrylic paints or glazes (the acrylic is sealed with clear coat, the glazes are re-fired in the kiln to make them durable and food safe).
The company consists of 3 sisters who have been hand painting pottery for 20 years. We have decorative items such as christmas trees, ornaments, garden statues, planters, vases, etc. As well as household items such as mugs, bowls (both human and pet bowls), plates, trivets, and much, much more. As stated before all items fired in the kiln are durable and food safe. We can custom paint any item to our clients' desires from color to decoration.

• My project must have to do with pottery, painting pottery and a general creative vibe.

Nice to have

• An idea we had for a logo would involve a pottery piece being formed out of a rock or earth next to a pond which is accented with paint smears and there are "reeds" next to the rock at the edge of the pond which are actually paint brushes and other clay shaping tools.
