Web Design Brief

I need a single-page website design, approximate 4-5 pages. I have included a screenshot of the inside of the current application for some reference for what it currently looks like. This is the public side of the application for not logged in users.

I am currently thinking about 3-5 sections of the page.
Menu at top is optional, these could be the sections of the site.
1. Above the fold cool, grabbing stuff.

4. Pricing
5. Open to ideas! Well it's all open to ideas if you have ideas.

I am nervous about hiring designers, I am open to a further discussion for more work for additional money but I have to LIKE your design. So this could be considered a trial. I would like to continue to design the application itself and match everything together!
