Logo Design Brief

We've got a company called Greenwood Home, Garden, & Animal Supply. We are looking for a logo with an inviting feel, with kind of a western/country/rural/farm type motif. I've included a number of example logos to give an idea of what style we'd like.

Target Market(s)

We want to attract manufacturers and distributors of home, garden, and animal supplies. These are companies which produce, hardware, tools, fertilizer, hozes, shovels, livestock feed, pet suppliers, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• We do not want a circular logo. It should have a landscape orientation (oval shaped, rectangular, etc etc). This is not a "farm" company or "livestock" company. We do not want images of livestock (cows, horses). We sell hardware, garden supply (like rakes and shovels), and all kinds of animal products. Also, we do "not" want a tan/white/black color scheme. The logo needs earth-tones and color- like oranges, greens, etc.

Nice to have

• I'm thinking that since we sell anything from transmission oil, to shovels, to home supply, to garden supply, to animal supply - perhaps an image of a country home, with a pickup truck, some garden tools, some trees and/or grass, maybe an animal in the yard. That would be the overal scene which the logo would be based around.
