Logo Design Brief

We are a new online auction that takes the worry out of buying and selling items such as cars, boats, RVs, trailers, aircraft, etc. and we need a powerful logo. One idea we had for a logo was for letter "P" that has the head of the gavel, that is standing on its handle, in the top circle of the "P". We are open to any great suggestion.
