Logo Design Brief

We are a mid to senior executive recruitment agency that are looking to "bridge" our professional network with public and private entities in our region. We are looking for a simple logo design with minimal typography of our name that gives the feeling we are boutique, professional and trustworthy. In terms of color schemes, we would like to look at green (preferably darker) with smooth lines (not bold letters). We would like the "brdg" part of our name to be more emphasized than partners. Open to logo being only typography or includes an icon as well
