Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business that manages fitness centers and distributes fitness related products.
We stand for discipline, hard work, details, teamwork, fitness, dreams.
We would like the logo to communicate the idea that through hard work great goals can be achieved (maybe use a "mountain tip" made up of hands to give the idea and use it as our symbol? See attached photo).
