Logo Design Brief

This will be a logo for my executive coaching business that targets c-suite executives in the tech start up industry looking to improve their leadership skills and achieve conscious personal growth. Ideally, this will be able to be visible on a dark background, as my website will be all black. It should have a version that could be shown on a light background, perhaps by interchanging the colors. The color pallets I'm hoping to use are black/dark grey, darker purples and teals. I would like the tagline "Be exponential" to be removable from the logo, so it could either be included or not. This logo should look modern, equally feminine and masculine, more geometric than organic and evoke a sense of power and ability to grow and achieve great things. In one word, it should be "epic."
